Dear Handball Friends,
 
We are glad to inform you that the Handballclub Hypo NÖ will organize the 2nd CLUB TOPTEAM CHALLENGE 2010 - the tournament of the best women youth club teams with players born 1992 and younger.
 
It is a continuing challenge and repetition from last year defining the best youth club team of Europe.
 
The TOP TEAM CHALLENGE will take place from 26th to 29th December 2010 in Maria Enzersdorf-Südstadt/AUT, home of eight times Champions League winner HYPO NÖ.
 
We kindly ask you to enter your registration by submitting the enclosed entry form by May 7th, 2010 at the latest.
 
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
 
Date:   
Arrival                 December 26th , 2010
Playing Dates      December 27th to 29th , 2010
Departure           December 29th, 2010, evening.
 
Venue: 
Maria Enzersdorf / Südstadt (near Vienna/AUT)
                                     
Participation:
8 clubs will be invited according to the EHF Champions League and national ranking 2009.
 
Following clubs are eligible from Europe:
 
 
If a nominated club cannot register a team for the CLUB TOPTEAM CHALLENGE 2010 the next clubs following in the ranking order will be eligible for entry. One team per national federation is allowed.
Definite registration by a handball club can be made from now on. Deadline for registration is May 7th, 2010. The chronological order of the received entries will be decisive for the participation.
 
Sex/ Age category: 
Women youth born 1.1.1992 or later.
 
Playing Time: 
2 x 25 minutes with 10 minutes break and time-outs
 
Number of teams: 
8
 
Delegations: 
20 persons, 16 players plus 4 officials
 
Schedule of matches: 
5 matches per team
 
Accommodation: 
The organizer will provide the teams with accommodation in hotels in the vicinity of the playing halls on the basis of double rooms with shower/WC. Transportation to and from the playing halls is provided unless a teams does not arrive by bus anyway.
 
Meals: 
26/12: dinner, 27/12-28/12: breakfast, lunch, dinner, 29/12: breakfast, lunch
 
Finances: 
The participants (clubs) have to pay their travel costs (delegation) as well as the costs for food and accommodation.
 
Registration fee:
€ 300,-- per team, payable at the time of registration.
 
Accommodation: 
3 nights in 3*-Hotel, double rooms with shower/WC
 
Price per person: 
€ 190,--, depending upon individual travel arrangements and transportation needed. Current negotiations about special sponsorships may reduce the price, please ask for further information.
 
Cancellation: 
If you cancel your registration before June 1st 2010, we will refund 50% of your registration fee, cancellations after September 1st, will forfeit totally.
 
Payment: 
The registration fee has to be paid together with your registration not later than May 7th, 2010 - the accommodation fee to be paid not later than December 1st, 2010.
